About Me

Hello! I'm Paige, Detroit-born and bred with a deep passion for creating nourishing experiences through culinary artistry. My journey started as a yoga instructor and early childhood educator, where working alongside children and busy parents became the inspiration for making healthy food more accessible and enjoyable.

In 2010, I gave life to Eatin' Alive—a one-woman, bike-powered farmers market stand that quickly evolved into a thriving plant-based grab-and-go foods wholesaler. As the heartbeat behind Eatin' Alive, I curated flavor-forward products focusing on specialty diets, distributing goods to markets and grocery stores across the Pacific Northwest.

In tandem with running Eatin’ Alive, I also launched my career as a destination caterer, personal chef, and functional nutritionist. Over the past ten years, I’ve hosted intimate dining experiences from beachside to mountain-top and helped individuals customize dietary lifestyles for each unique body and vision.

In August 2019, I bid farewell to Eatin' Alive, choosing to channel my energy into new creative dreams. Today, I am thrilled to offer my expertise as a Functional Nutritionist and Personal Chef, creating nutrition and lifestyle plans tailored to your needs.

When I'm not caring for clients, you can find me traveling and tasting my way through flavor-rich cultures, relaxing with family and friends, or running through the forest with my pup, Zucchini.
